This tent is 20+ years old but is still in good/usable condition. Comes floor liner and chimney roof protector. Tent roof has some tiny holes due to embers over the many years of use. There also a couple other smaller holes above the first inside tent roof pole that could be sewed up if you think it is needed. We have used the tent without issue for years in the current condition.
