    Ultralight Tripod Options

    I am using a similar set up. Slik 624. I replaced the center column with carbon fiber and swapped out all the hardware with Titanium. I am using a skeletonized pistol grip head from outdoorsmans. I am intrigued with the idea of removing the bottom leg sections. Might have to try that.
