So I have been toying with the idea of getting a suppressor. But I wanted to get it mostly for recoil reduction with the benefit of being quiet. I do not see anybody claiming their suppressor gets much recoil reduction. I want this for my wife. I have tried a couple muzzle brakes...sure work on...
Just got back from an elk hunt in western Montana, paid as high as 3.99 in western MT and a low of 3.29 in eastern SD. Lots of 3.79-85 paid. Glad to be home where it's 3.39 today
So sat down and did a hard look at data. Thinking my altitude was off a bit and my humidity. Did some comparison with past data and found a couple mistakes. So did 4 charts tonight but will double check data in the morning. How does one get a parametric pressure for someplace you don't live...
So I know my speed, my BC. and my yardage. I put in all the correct specs, altitude, humidity, pressure and scope height. Yet still when I dial it's not correct. What am I missing?? Live at 1250 and need to make a dope sheet for altitude but don't feel very confident in doing so when things are...
I have a set because I seem to get stuck a lot coyote hunting in MN. I push it to hard often and thought they would help. NOPE, they are a joke and absolutely not worth it.
It doesn't like either one of your choices of ammo would be my thoughts. Just because you choose the ammo does not mean that particular barrel likes it
I've never had an issue before, but never used this brass either, very good brass but I've heard its thick than others and it is. I try to be very consistent with use of lube on cases.
I am bumping the shoulder on some once fired 7mm rem mag brass. Using a Redding series S bushing die and am getting a very mixed bag of results. Some bump back to where I want and the next not enough and once in a while some to much. And you can see the brass was annealed while new. Anneal again...
Been looking and can't find anything with blaze orange with long sleeves in a MESH. Would make a person more visible while wearing a pack and rifle hunting. Would be more versatile than having a couple blaze orange jackets or hoodies
How many times have you reloaded the brass?? Do you anneal it?? Might be neck tension is different between pieces of brass. When you resize is the should bump consistent from piece to piece of brass. I found that most of my brass was very inconsistent. Started to anneal and a lot of issues...
