6.5 SAUM VS 6.5 PRC
@ Ryan Avery I think it would depend more on the action being used & if its gonna be BDL or DBM than Saum Vs PRC. I would never build a PRC with .188" factory FB on a Rem Sa, it would only be a medium length or LA. The Saum works very well with the .120" FB and a wyatts length BDL box. -

Right, I haven't heard a single word about it yet other than this thread and the one on 24HR. Maybe its BS but it seems cool to me to utilize the standard boltface actions. -

To me it looks like a 6.5-284 with the case lengthened to 2.5", If that is true it will out run a 6.5-06AI by maybe 100-150fps. Ive always wanted to build a 6.5-280AI with a simple neck down of 280AI brass. But if this has more case capacity and brass is readily available ill probably chamber... -
