    Lots of good stuff here. I’m trying to learn the whys behind these different processes. Why do you brine? Why do you braise? The mustard tip for holding the seasoning was gold, but why does it do it? There‘s a ton of folks here that I would be willing to invite myself to dinner. Great thread.

    I have used his bino harness for over two years. I’m lucky enough to use it almost every day. Other than it being filthy, it is still like new. i don’t think you can hurt it. I have had two phone conversations with Tyler and he’s a great dude.

    22k on a 22 dodge rebel. Coming from an 04 dodge Cummins. I was stunned at how zippy it is. Pulls a canam defender and all the gear just fine. Was told it would get 21 highway, haven’t seen that yet. Gets 16 around town.

    Cleanup is sooo easy. Oil, grease wipe right up. I get a half a bucket of water and pour on dirty spots and broom it out. The nasty stuff that drips off of the vehicle from a rain storm or snow storm brooms out easil.
