I hunt Oregon every year and I can’t tell you how many times I have been “scoped” by people that apparently don’t carry binoculars. I can see the value of wearing orange, people are dumb and stuff happens.
I just got mine. It fits in factory stock but there was not enough clearance to be comfortable. 5 minutes with sandpaper wrapped around a socket and you will be fine. I ended up mounting mine in a Stockys VG. Same thing it fit but way to tight.
Give them a call or shoot them an email. They were quick to respond when I had questions. I have one on a 20” 300 wsm with no issues.
How long is your barrel?
Check for any barrel length restrictions for your suppressor. I have a 20” 300wsm and am in the process of building a 18” 6 Creedmoor. Shorter is handier as long as you meet your ballistic requirements for the range you intend to hunt at.
I just went through this. It was between the affinity 3 and the SX4. SX4 just fit better. I would try to get my hands on everything I was interested in.

Sandpaper wrapped around different sizes deep sockets and some elbow grease. Sands fairly easily, then a little JB weld in the voids to stiffen it back up.
I’m in southern Oregon, and ticks are usually only an issue for us during spring bear season. By the fall seasons I don’t worry about them much. Treat your pants with permethrin at the beginning of the season and you will be fine.
