    I’ve used about every protein available. Best I’ve found is pro jym, ON gold standard, quest and dymatize. Do not waste your money on Walmart or cheap protein, spend up a little more and get quality. What I like about pri Jym is that it contains isolate, egg protein and casein.

    Kifaru moving to Wyoming is a no brainer. Wyoming has NO state income tax compared to Colorado’s 4.63%. From what I’ve read and heard is the pot smoking hippiness is quite overwhelming and it’s damn liberal. Wyoming with no state tax, less people and bleeding red it’s no wonder they want to move.

    I really wish I wouldn't have spent thousands on fashion camo. I now buy sitka, first lite, black ovis, ice breaker and wrangler SOLID color gear. This way I can wear it much more often and at least justify it to the boss (wife).,
