    I'm not experienced scoring bears but I think I got a good one. Colorado bear, Biologist estimated his age at minimum of 15 yrs but thought he may be over 20..

    Drew Co unit 66 archery Elk tag.

    Never visited this unit before any advice on camping spots, fishing, etc would be appreciated. Burned 8 points so hopefully this hunt will be a fun one. Using trad equipment and generally hunting otc units I am used to less action, but numbers seem pretty good in 66..

    What state for spring blk bear hunt.

    Looking for suggestions on what state you guys would suggest for a backcountry bear hunt for my son and I? I have mules and a LQ horse trailer and all the gear needed. Looking at Wyoming, Idaho and Montana. Utah is an option as well as New Mexico if NM has a spring season.

    So my Northern B.C bear hunt was scheduled for the end of may but due to covid-19 we will either cancel or bump it to June. My outfitter is afraid of possible balding spots or thin coats later in summer.. I am new to bears so what does the rockslide crew say?

    Can kids under 12 yrs old hunt big game in Colorado? I see the apprentice program only allows kids under 12 to hunt small game with an adult. I suppose if an 11 yr old got their hunter safety card they could draw a tag for big game?
