    I have been looking at these two tripods and can't seem to make a decision on which one to pull the trigger on. I do like that the Promaster folds down smaller but the leg angle seems steeper than the slik's. Has anyone used both and had a favorite?

    I have a TIkke T3 300wsm with a 20 MOA picatinny rail on it. I also have a Maven R.S. 3 which has a 50mm objective. I am planning on ordering some Warne Mountain Tech rings but not sure what height (medium or high). I was wondering if anyone has this setup and what ring height they got?
