I’ve never been disappointed with a Barnes TTSX or LRX. Shoot accurately and you know what it will do when it hits. Keep the barrel dirty. Don’t clean the gun until the groups start to open. Then use the edl-x to foul the barrel, and go back to Barnes. ;)

I almost bought a Garmin 5x this year, but I ended up getting an InReach Explorer so I didn’t have the sat phone rental cost. I might get the Fenix 5x watch for next year. I’ll still take the InReach, and the watch will add redundancy with a few extra features.
