I have been using Mountain Laurel Designs cuben dry bags for 6 years with no durability issues, they are about the same as Zpacks but thicker material.
Another thing you might check is if the belt loops on your pants aline with the sore spots, I have experienced this in the past with the doubled over part of the loops creating a pressure point.

Talked with Rick at Forbes today,he said all their stocks have the cheek piece. I am right handed but left eye dominant so I shoot left handed, shooting a lefty rifle is awkward for me however. If I bought one I'd look into restocking it maybe. Anybody know what the stock actually weighs? Rick...
We called 4 bulls in to our camps last fall with the sounds of building meat poles and breaking firewood so be aware they can show up anytime while you are sitting around camp. Good luck!
What did you have done besides the aluminum triggergaurd? My Montana is at Proof Research (Formerly Lone Wolf) right now getting a new stock that should cut around 13oz off.
$1200 an hour seems a bit spendy for a Jetranger even if you factor in the netgunner and ground crew + motels and ferry time. Helped out on a capture here in NV about 7-8 years ago and some of those sheep went to ID. Thanks for sharing!
