I also use scent free deodorant, and wash my gear in scent free detergent. After that, 100 steps into the woods and I begin to reek like a football lockerroom. The deodorant is mostly so I can tolerate myself!

So far I'm three for three on knocking down elk with a 150gr out of a 270. I got a 300 win that is still a virgin, Everytime I take it out I just don't get a shot. I almost think the darn thing has a curse.

I do really like brow tines that curve up sharply like a fish hook too!
Last year was my first year with a SL3. It worked great for two people and our gear. I used the floor/tub last year but I might ditch that and just go with the shell. Last year I had two very wet stormy days with it and it worked great.
