I got a cheapo Bugnet tent that I've been able to get by using a few seasons. I wasn't overly impressed with the fit but i limped it along.
I am now looking at ordering up the half nest. Are there any other options you might recommend before I pull the trigger on the half nest from SO?
Looking to sell my Sitka Ascent pants. Used on a couple different day hunts. Lost a few lbs so these no longer fit. Like new condition. PayPal ±3% shipping included.

No such thing as a dumb question right? 😬
I just ordered up everything to get started on my adventure into traditional archery. I've shot a lot of compound and built numerous arrows but always picked components and cut length etc. based off software.
There will be no difference for me to...
It seems like OnX is ahead of BaseMaps as far as fire data goes from last year. Wondering if anybody has discussed this already and if they know a time frame these things typically get updated by BaseMaps. I just switched over so still have access to both platforms, but plan to go solely to...
Looking for success stories for people that have done early season archery elk hunts in CO. Not even looking for what part of the state. Just trying to find out if it is actually all doom and gloom when it comes to the number of hunters. Were you able to get away from people? Do most just...

Bag was cleaned thoroughly, cinch strap and QC tag have some blood. Cinch strap could easily be cleaned with a little peroxide. It's never...
This whole story is absolutely crazy from my buddy contacting me this spring and asking if I ever apply for my Bighorn, Moose or Elk tags (all OIL in ND). I actually drew my tag in 2011 for elk and was unsuccessful, lack of preparation due to it being my first elk hunt, young and dumb growing...
I am addicted and this guy has been eating at me all day! Yesterday we didn't think we had a chance to get on him (cover and wind) but today I am second guessing myself and can't wait to get back. Saw 4 pretty nice bucks.

Is there any reason that a guy would have an issue with this set up?
My buddy was going to go with the diamondback scope and the guy working at the shop talked him out of it making it sound like it would break.
Other than the people that have a bias against Vortex, should this setup really...
Looking at throwing something with some power on my slug gun.
Looking at a Vortex Strike Eagle 1-8x24
Any reason I should look at something else? I currently just run a red dot scope with 0 power and am looking at extending out the range. I prefer this over my rifle for some reason and can...
Do people really lose that many arrows or is it mainly the casual shooters that are losing them? Just wondering if I should get another half dozen whipped up quick. Lol
After roughly a 10 year hiatus of going to the Black Hills for Turkey a buddy and I decided to head back and give it a go!
Filled both of our tags Wednesday morning after arriving Monday evening, somewhat anti-climactic since we didn't call them into a set up and both stalked within range. But...
Looking at getting a watch that will track sleep, heart rate and if possible bike rides and running data. Looking at really dialing in and analyzing my training this year.
Was looking at the Garmin Fenix 3 HR,
Looking for anybody with experience with this watch or anything similar and...
So I am working with my buddy to build a heavy arrow for elk and in general, we both like the idea of flinging as much weight down range as possible.
He pulls 67# and only has a 26" draw length.
Where do some of you draw the line in losing speed for picking up energy and momentum?
Working...
As I dive deeper into the world building my own arrows and tuning my own bow I've been looking at spine indexing.
How many of you do spine indexing and what are the main advantages? I'm not a competitive shooter although I have started 3d league and plan on continuing to do so for...
