I have used them on a 22-250 and a 300 H&H Mag. I really like them and have had no problems with them. I use my rifles pretty hard too. They have been on the back of a 4-wheeler and the back of a SxS and bounced around quite a bit. I do lap them to make sure everything is aligned.

180 grain Nosler Accubonds (Ballistic Tips) with IMR 4831 powder. You will get around 2950 to 3000 fps. I've been using this combo for almost 30 years.
I have both of those scopes. The VX5 has better performance during low light by quite a bit. During daylight, both are very sharp. The turrets on the Huskemaw are considerably better. I had problems with the VX5 not returning to zero. The 1/3 MOA clicks on the Huskemaw are a little weird...
I just had Straight Jacket Armory in Evanston, WY rebarrel an XBolt for me with a new Bartlein 2B. They were the only ones that I contacted that would touch that job.
