If you run into people it’ll most likely be drug mules. Be aware of that and avoid them. Stay high to see groups before they see you and glass your vantage point before you hike up to it. Scouts are everywhere and if the high point has a commanding view of the area, there’s a good chance ones up...

6 CM & 108 ELD Velocity - Barrel Length

It’s been at unknown munitions since last October so I don’t have much time behind it and haven’t been able to do load development yet. Ill be using the 109s and if I can get 2750 or so with those, I’ll be pretty dang happy. It’ll be able to take game way past my abilities

I hope I didn’t misunderstand this but I was told this stock wasn’t made in the new molds with the built in texture so it would have to be added. It would be black texture but I opted to leave it as is and compare it against the second one I bought made with the new molds and built in texture.

I put 40ish factory 108 eldm rounds through that barrel before I dropped it off. Was getting close to 2700 FPS. I have alpha brass, Fed 210Ms, h4350, and 1k 109 eldms for load development when it gets here. Hoping to get 2800 when it’s all said and done.

Guide tip on a elk hunt

I try to tip well whenever tipping is the norm. I used to not be like that but then I realized that if a tip is standard practice then their hourly rate justifies it. Tipping is getting out of hand though. I bought something online not long ago and at checkout it asked if I wanted to leave...

It’s a 16” 6 creedmoor bull barrel prefit from carbon 6. I have an NX8 4-32 and a TBAC ultra 7 to finish it off. I have a feeling this is going to be my do everything rifle.
