I'm looking at both of these rifles and really like the Havak but I'm just not convinced from reading limited reviews that the accuracy is there for the price point. The Mesa has a sub-MOA guarantee and is 7.3 lbs compared to 7.75 lbs on the Havak.

What's the sweet spot for barrel length on a 300WM where it's going to be long enough to provide adequate velocities yet short enough to want to carry in the mountains?
