Ya it is a bit of a drive but not terrible at all if you don't count that 3 hour section to get to the bighorn crags trail. i'm in Rathdrum. I'll probably try crossing the salmon and accessing it that way since i'll be solo for the second trip. -

Salmon Idaho- Packer/drop camp, or goat rental
Hi everyone, I'm in CDA and have a sheep tag in 27-2 and have been looking for pack goat rentals between CDA -Salmon. Wyoming 48-6
We didn't have any luck drawing our Wyoming buck tags but did pick up a 2nd draw cow elk tag for 48-6. I've hunted to the NE and NW of there, but this will be a new area that looks to have a lot of big ranches which landlock some good public chunks where I think a lot of the elk would be... -
