Curious if anyone has successfully refilled their wyndscent vape cartridges for cheap without ruining the machine. I’m using it for bear with the donut scent. A guy I know has used Boarmasters urine to refill once and so far hasn’t ruined the machine. Not a vaper (nicotine) but assuming it’s a...
Worth it for the battery life, can also reverse charge with it (use it as a power bank and charge your phone if needed) assuming you have a cable with you

Had the altimeter mits out a few times now, definitely warmer than five finger gloves and light enough you’ll actually bring them. You’ll actually get sweaty hands if you hike in them above single digits. Solid investment for late season gear.

Still running my hamskea but I vote go for the biscuit, ran one back in the day, my old man still runs one, they are bomb proof. Kinda makes me want to run one again just talking about it. No fail point realistically

Plan on running my WM Versalite in a borah bivy, under a silex, with a stove when needed. This is going to be my do-it-all setup, so wondering if I want the Thermarest xtherm or xlite. I don’t know if I’m a “cold sleeper” on the mountain (have always slept in camper or truck) but I typically run...
I was also trying to figure out a good keg design. I have yet to come up with anything to plug the hole but we were going to stick with dog food and make a few small holes, and hope that the bears had to roll it around to get bait out. We ended up just investing in better pack frames and will...
When it’s cold as $#!% or the snow is over the ankle. My only pair are hand me down Kenetreks, as my dad no longer needs them for UPS after retiring. He spent 26 years delivering Christmas in Idaho. I decided to follow in his footsteps, this is my first year delivering for UPS. I see the need...
