270 short mag fans weigh in!
One shot on a Rosie - ranged at 220 yards down a hill, so probably closer to 240 yards. Took 3-4 steps and fell right there. The lungs were mush and the Accubond was buried in the other side of the hide. The short mag is definitely enough... -

Vortex Viper 65 HD vs Nikon Fieldscope III 60 non-ED?
Anyone put these two up together and viewed them thoughout the zoom range? I current have the Nikon with 20-60x zoom and looking at the swapping for the Vortex HD because I can almost do a straight swap. Is the HD glass and the Vortex warranty worth it? I livein Canada and Nikon does not... -

As Redmtn mentioned, anyone can sign it. If the lobbyists against grizzly hunting convince the politicians, it essentially means an end to the hunt in BC for EVERYONE; this means guided hunts for non-BC residents as well. -

Hi Guys, Not that I'm a Grizz hunter myself, but I think we should protect our rights to do so here in British Columbia. This is just the start, what else will they try to stop us from hunting? *And what populations might decrease due to our losing our part in predator control... Think goats... -
