This is my understanding as well. The only way a party application is broken up into individual applications is if one or more of the party's applications do not match the exactly match the organizers application, for example one person chooses a different refund option than the others. -

Good point although I recall reading somewhere that they estimated the number of NR landowners eligible for these tags was in the 200's, (sounds low to me) but if correct, it wouldn't move the needle too much. In looking at the language they can allocate "up" to 15% so whatever is left over... -

Such a great customer service model, and most likely why you rarely read anything negative about Seekins. Very rare in today's market. I guess it easier to do when you are putting out quality. -
