Ok, my daughter got a English Golden Retriever, its almost pure white. We picked it up from the pound as a rescue dog. She is very stubborn and is constantly wanting something to chew. Where to begin. Finally got her off-leash without her running away. The dog is very smart. Never have...
Yeah, were going to give it another year this year. I'll probably have about 4 guns in camp for first rifle if everything goes according to plan. Have been going south, but may start heading north next year if no luck this year.
Trying to decide when to move on from an area that the first year I hunted it (2018) I practically had elk running me over on opening morning. I saw 2 shooters and over twenty cows. Another hunter in my group saw more in the same spot the following year on opening day and no one else ever saw...
I have a 2017 FX Off-Road F-150 fully loaded XLT with a a lot of miles (107K) and the other day the big screen, car play thingamajig started going haywire and eventually went completely blank. No back-up camera, no radio, no hands-free phone, directions and on and on. Took it in and said it is...
I really like the Toyo AT3's so far. Very quiet, look great and get a lot of compliments. I let you know down the road so to speak about tread life, traction in the mud, snow, ice, rain and other attributes after a few thousand miles have been put on them. But know that I don't use them year...
Ok, I travel to Colorado each year, WV a couple of times, Florida and all over Georgia. I know I really need a sedan instead of a truck, each trip to WV and Colorado and I usually need a 4X4 in a truck, plus I love my truck. So I need a good highway tire but in the fall I need a good tire with...
F-150 XLT FX4 Off Road with a 3.5 Eco-boost and am at 105K miles with zero issues but does rattle a little when I start it but otherwise no problems. Think I should trade in on a new one or +hold on for another 200K`?
One last thing about the stovepipe cap that some use on their woodburning stove, you may want to get rid of it. Had one the first year and the mesh around the sides of the was too fine and clogged the very first night after burning wood most of the day. Smoke started billowing out into the...
I've heard that the CO content settles near the floor as it is heavier than air, so the vent near the roof won't exchange fresh air with an over abundance of CO. But since you have been doing it ton, that may explain a thing or two. LOL!!!!!
Got them in 2018 w/ 1 stove. Have used both in 2018, 2019 and 2020 with various configurations between the two. But this year I believe I am going out solo and will only use the 12x14 as a base camp and am bringing a Hilleberg for a possible spike camp one evening. Don't know I feel about...
Me thinks you are either lucky or not paying attention, especially when camping at an established site. Check outside the tents in the snow and look for their footprints (their tiny though). It is funny that mice will run on top of the snow and then dive down in it when they see you coming...
Howard:
I don't that you should be using those type of propane heaters inside the tent in that they put out carbon monoxide, which is an odorless, invisible and tasteless gas that kills people every year. I am no expert on the matter but that is what I thought about those type of heaters...
