    Solid anchor

    This one may blow you away. I anchor split finger behind my cheek bone,top finger in my temple. This puts the arrow at eye level. I practice out to 60 yds.

    I have a friend from the midwest that drove a small car to Colorado one year. My wife and I helped him pack out his bull. Gross score 358 in. Have a Great hunt.

    Bipods

    Well I went with the Harris Bipod, good choice I think. Just came from the range and 3 shots under a 1/2 in. So I feel really good about that. 150 gr. Scirocco out of my 300 RUN.

    Just came from the range, wanted to try my Harris Bipod. Shooting Rem. factory loads,150 gr. Scirocco. Rifle Rem. custom shop 300 RUN. 3 shots just under 1/2 in. Need to pick up some 180 gr.

    Snowpack

    My wife and I hiked to 10000 ft on Sunday. Had a few snow fields to cross but not bad, could have gone higher but time was short. Looks like south slopes are good to 11000 ft. Plenty of snow in the high basins in this part of Colorado.

    Longest Solo trip?

    Quite a few 7 to 10 days solo, longest trip guiding sheep hunter. 6 days scouting killed a ram on the 7th day hunting. Came out on the 14th day.

    Full shot shooting glove

    Bought my American Leathers glove 7 or 8 years ago and never looked back. Took a little while to get used to. I shoot bows in the low 70 lb. range. The best glove for me, Ive been shooting for 49 years.
