Salt, garlic and fresh thyme and flat leaf parsley Rub legs and let sit uncovered in the fridge overnight Wipe salt rub off and put in a vac bag with 5tbsp duck or goose fat, 6 sprigs of fresh thyme Vac seal and sous vide for 18lbs at 155- Tradchef

Woman’s shotguns
I’m in the same boat. I’m a smaller guy, super fit but just shorter in the arms and small frame. Most adult shotguns mainly pumps are just a touch too big for me to get that comfortable fit and most youth stocks are a touch too short. So it’s always been a freaking process finding that one.- Tradchef

Which broadhead are you guys using?
I use ACE Standard 125s and 145 glue ons 99% of the time and also use STOS 150s and Grizzly 125s Deer, bears, elk and never had an issue with any of them- Tradchef
