I recently bought the airtight, steel, Little Dog stove from Four Dog Stoves for the same reasons you are looking. I've used it several nights now in my Ellis 12x12 Praire tent and really like it. Burns longer than my Riley bullet model and no sharp edges.
I ride most weekends, weather permitting, all winter. Usually take 2 horses and switch at lunch just to keep them in better shape. Find areas that don't get much snow, use sharp shoes and snow pads and cook lunch over a fire. No bugs or people, just dress for it.
I had the spike 3 and it worked ok. 12'x12' with a pole in the center and the stove location will make it a little difficult to fit 3 full size cots, stove, wood and gear. You can put 2 cots end to end along 1 wall with the 14' tent. I would rather not have a sewn in floor in a pack in tent with...
Check out you tube- shedhorn sports- 2018 Missouri Ram at 2-3 minute mark and 2018 Alaska hunt episode 2 at the first 3 minutes. Quite a bit bigger than the stone glacier, removable floor and I bet you could put a stove jack in it.
