I built drawers for my truck bed for storage and sleep on top...few tips below.
Bought the 5% limo tint DIY kit from Walmart and tinted both sides so they are basically completely black. First time tinting and it was so easy I ended up tinting the windows on my garage door lol.
Get some sponges...
I also have the Klymit Static V Luxe for truck camping as I'm cheap...pretty darn comfy once I learned to not fill it up completely tight with air. Like the above poster, about 75-80% is great. Downside is it takes 30+ breaths...
Went to basement to take a better pic...this shows it better. Added the cord loop and a line loc to every tie down point. All my stakes for each tie down point all have about 6-8 feet of cordage that are perm. tied that makes it super fast to run through the line locs and add tension without...
These are all I have on my phone and aren't the best but gives you an idea. Used parchment paper on a flat table and glued it heavy and then put a heavy flat weight on it overnight. I had plenty of adhesive so went back around the edge kinda like seam sealing extra protection.
I bought a yard of the silnylon and a tube of Gear Aid Seam Grip https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0009RP8HO/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
and some of this to make the loops https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B094N7ZSK2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Are you packing in or truck camping? My best solution for truck camping is a double sleeping bag from Amazon (cheap) with my Nemo Disco unzipped as a quilt inside. Plenty of room for comfort with a Luxe sized pad.
Packing in I just use by Disco bag and merino base layers with a merino...
I've had the Falkens and Toyo's mentioned above on a Ram 1500...recently put on some Cooper Rugged Trek's and they have been great for 12K miles. Look fantastic, grippy in the wet, handled Wyo rocks like a champ, and were $400 cheaper than the same size Recon Grapplers. Think they have at...
If you are truck camping, make a few "paint can" heaters with toilet paper and iso alcohol. Cheap, easy, and very effective while being safe as well. Fire one or two up an hour before you get up and it'll be toasty inside.
I am a 32 waist and went with 33's on the Timberlines. They are my favorite pant but the suspenders are too short...I have them maxed out and they still pull up in the crotch too much. That is my only complaint.
I bought a used truck topper (color doesn't match) that I plan to spray with Raptor liner this weekend...we'll see how it goes. Plenty of good feedback on this product for the UV protection = doesn't fade.
Buy some large sponges and cut them to wedge in all of the bed openings like around the bed stakes and tie down points. A few strips of stick on gasket around the tailgate does wonders as well....
I highly recommend the Tannus liners...expensive but only took one time getting a flat on the rear to make it totally worth it. My experience has been that patch kits just don't cut it but your mileage may vary.
I did add some cheap amazon panniers (thinking around $25) and they are great for...
If you truly need a 0 degree this might not work but after going through several bags I've settled on the Nemo Disco 15 and been very happy. Much roomier than a mummy style, down, and light for its size. You could throw in a reactor liner bag to get you close to 0 degrees perhaps. Should run...
Do you know of any glue on type product that would work on the sylnylon version? Would like to add some as well to pull out a few of the sides for interior space...
