    Seek Outside Stove Damper Adjustment

    Have issues with your damper not staying where you set it? Here's my solution..... A piece of aluminum foil about 3" long wrapped around the damper shaft with the other end against the stove body. Bend it as needed to set the damper where you want it. Let me know how it works out for you.

    I looked at a few different options and noticed that some filters will be damaged if stored below 32F, even if they are dry. Is this true of most filters? If yes am I stuck with using purification tablets or boiling?

    Damper, Ultra-Arrestor, Stovepipe Assembly

    Let me make sure I've got this right. The corrugated end of the damper goes into the hole in the top of the stove. Next, the corrugated end of the ultra arrestor goes into the damper. Finally, the stove pipe goes over (not into) the arrestor. Correct? Thanks.

    First time I burned my stove pipe in I didn't have the ends lined up like they should be so it's kind of a spiral wrap. Any way to correct this? Thanks

    Stove/Pipe Burn-in Question

    When I burn in my new stove/pipe I plan to burn in the pipe top to bottom, then bottom to top. How long does each of those burns need to be to get the pipe "fully" burned in so that it will retain its' memory and be easy to roll? Thanks!
