I'm pretty sure you're only allowed to use cage traps in CO. That may only be on public land. I can't imagine trapping a wolf in a live trap. Does anyone know if coil or long spring traps are legal on private land?

I’m interested to see what others have to say. I’m in the same boat, 5 kids under 9, early start every day, and if I happen to sit down and get comfortable, all I have to do is close my eyes and I’m out.

I second the hydration idea above. It almost sounds too easy, but staying hydrated helps me. I suffer a bad back too. My doctor told me three things will help. Loose some weight, strengthen your core, and stretch multiple times a day. So far these things have helped ease the pain a bit.
I’ve heard all the negative stuff about USA Fox too. I sent some furs to Sleepy Creek and it came back looking great. Someone always answered the phone, and always answered any questions I had.
I struck out. I spent four days up north early in the season. Finding sign was tough with no snow, but I had 40 sets out. I had a friend who was a little further north and he connected with a nice one. I never found the time to back up, but did fill my bobcat and one otter tag in the southern zone.
