Dont be lazy , use all the stakes and guys, Rafting the John Day river , and the wind came up, was blowing an easy 30 to 40 mph, while messing with the rafts my tent took off like a kite landed in the river and was never seen again....
Yea, its so strange , we have the 4 and 8 man Megahorn tents have also ordered the floors and a tarp all with no issues. others have nothing but a shit show......go figger.
It's o sad , we bought two different tents about 3 yrs ago and they were like a well oiled machine.
I saw the prices and was considering another but now....????
We have need using the Fusions for about 10 years 150gr on the 30-06 and 180gr in the .300. These have been great for us deer out to 450 yards no problem and a few elk too, furthest was about 350. all well placed shots . one and done.
We have the Megahorn in both sizes. Been using for 3 years . Both have held up well no problems had one hunt that was rain/snow and wide ...nothing bad to say about them.
Great job, I love hunting with my kids and introducing non hunting family's to a great sport.
On a side note whats your take on the Luxe tent..? I have a 4 person Megahorn and my buddy has the 8 man .We really like them.
Great info guys, I have been wearing Crisis for about 5 years now and the are a great boot. Up size is a must, yes kinda narrow , little or no breaking needed.

Looks pretty good to me, I know there are a lot of Luxe haters on the forums but we have had zero issue with our 2 tents ....so far
Cool disco lights on the pole....I bet the chicks dig it.
It's been about 10 years since I was up there. trying to talk mama into a couple over-nighters this summer to refresh my memory's and to look over some new spots.
