2.5 mile interval run yesterday, followed by 50 push ups and 50 kb swings. Just a 2 mile walk with the dogs today. Our prom was last night, so I had to work and was up wayyyyy past my bedtime!!
Yesterday got in 2 miles with the dogs, then upper body strength training.

Pull ups
OH shoulder press

Yesterday got two miles in with the dogs, then a slow 1 mile recovery run, then 50 push ups, 50 situps and 50 KB swings. About to go for my long run of the week as we speak.
Lol I don’t know that’s a lot of running!! But I definitely think I could do 10 miles…so I’m gonna shoot for that by my birthday, which is May 31st.
