    Truly quiet rain gear?

    Helly Impertech and Cabela's MT050 is likely as quiet as you can get for rainwear. I haven't tried any of the pricey hunting brands though.

    Options for reducing Tikka T3x recoil

    I have a Tikka in .308. I don't find it too bad. Does anyone here recommend a Past Recoil Shield? I think I might try one. Perhaps the op could use one for the range and ditch it in the field.

    Blaze Orange ball cap for big heads

    Know where I can get a Blaze Orange ball cap that fits an XXL head? Frustrating that so many companies sell one size fits all caps. Juts took a chance on some UA ones and they do not fit well at all. I don't even like their XXL stretch fit ones. I HATE tight fitting hats.

    Which calibers tend to suffer the most with factory ammo when it comes to measured chrono speed vs advertised speed on the ammo box?

    Saw someone posting that a 7mm was shooting significantly slower with a certain ammo than advertised speed. Do you find certain calibers are better or worse for this generally speaking?

    Howa Mini or Tikka .223?

    "On the Tikka, it’s a closed top action and unless the bolt is fluted, not much is getting in there horizontally. " Would you have any concerns with the Tikka Widelands or RoughTechs that use fluted bolts? Would you actually prefer the regular T3x Stainless or SuperLites for this reason?

    Going to give the blue box a try on your recommendation. My Tikka .308 seems to like the 150 Hornady Whitetails.
