    I've had the 65 and the 95. Ended up getting rid of the 65. Loved the weight of the 65 but when I was in the backcountry was always wishing I hadn't left the 95 home. The 95 is better for phoneskoping too.

    You can't go wrong the original Marsupial. I have them and the enclosed and I think I like the originals better. I do like that the optics get a little less dusty when enclosed.

    The Outdoorsmans tripod will work just fine. When I had my BTX with the 95 it was stable as you'd expect. My tripod was the medium tripod and the Outdoorsmans panhead.

    I had the medium and sold it to get the standard. I've never had the compact so I can't say anything about it. If you're counting ounces then the compact is probably the one to go with. I myself am 5'7" and I love the standard. I even added the center post extension. I can stand behind the setup...
