Mountain lion hunt with revolver
Just before Christmas, I finished what was easily the hardest single day of hunting I have done out of many experiences. We found where a mountain lion had killed and eaten 1/2 of a record class mule deer and that was a real shame. We tracked it from that kill at around 10k feet elevation down...- BCP

6.5 PRC bullets for goats
Any favorite 6.5 bullets for billies? I normally hunt with a 26" barrel but that combo weighs 10#. I'm putting together a lightweight 22" carbon barrel gun for mountain hunts. I'm used to running 140's at over 3100 in the longer barrel and that load has a great string of 1 shot kills. I'm...- BCP

Aoudad hunt near Big Bend, TX

What hunting conventions do you plan on attending?
I always do DSC since it's local and it's a great convention. If you were interested in researching goat/sheep hunts, what other show would you attend...GSCO, WSF or SCI? Or is DSC alone good enough to meet most of the outfitters? -

My first speed goat...
