I saw a thread about house painting and it got me thinking this would be a good place to ask.
We have oak trim that my wife wants me to paint, it seems like I'll need to sand everything before painting but is that 100% necessary? There's a lot and it would be a PITA to sand everything first...

In my quest to find the perfect hinge, the onnex hinge has caught my eye. Any experience with them? I've heard their customer service hasn't been great recently but I called their CS and talked to someone and they were helpful so I'm not too concerned. I like the safety feature for hunting if I...
Just bought it, I'll report back with results. Should have it tomorrow.

The oil change got me thinking that I should go ahead and put one of these on my Ram 1500.
Anyone have any experience good or bad with them? With the filter being up in the engine bay it would make it a pretty clean process to change the oil.

I just bought some and before I justify buying more I wanted to know how much I can realistically expect to reuse them. I'm conditioned to just one and done but they seem to pay for themselves if I can get 2-3 animals out of each.
Hi All,
Going to head to the archery shop soon to take a look at some bows. I've seemed to have gravitated towards the shorter a2a bows recently but I want to buy something a little longer a2a so I don't have to dip my head to touch the string.

My wife and I just bought our first travel trailer. It's going to be stored at my buddies farm on concrete. He has a few cats around but my fear is getting mice in it as I'm sure that would ruin any vacation. Any tips for preventing that?
I bought steel wool and foam and I'm going to try and...

Looks fun, good on them. My wife was a RD at a nursing home before staying home with the baby. There are some really good ones out there and this looks like one of them.

My wife and I just put a deposit down for a lab puppy (female, black). Good hunting lines, health tests are good, etc. They'll expose her to loud noises, water (weather permitting), and seem like good and solid breeders/people.
I've hunted with other peoples dogs before (doves, ducks, etc.) but...
When I refletched my arrows, I used acetone to remove some of the glue and some ran down the shaft (no more than 15 seconds before I wiped it off). Some of the paint by the logo/design dissolved but I figured it was fine.
I went to go shoot today and on my third shot my arrow looked real weird...
Anyone try these out on animals yet? I bought 3 of the 125s and they seem well made and sturdy. I used Grave Diggers in the past with good success. I know they're kind of new but I can't find much info on them.
