Another vote for the 194c. Lot more expensive but I’ve got a decade on it and lots of abuse and it’s an awesome small saw.
I’ve a 270 I bought real cheap and it does great and also have a 362cm for really big jobs.

Took a trip there in 90’s with the Boy Scouts. Visited Ft Sumter and Patriots Point. Both were awesome. Patriots Point had an aircraft carrier, destroyer, sub, and a Coast Guard cutter all at the same place. Awesome museums. We actually slept on the carrier. Would recommend those to anyone...
Not too crazy but got one in ‘18 with one front that was a roller coaster, a large kicker on left side, and a “hollow” on right side.

I can’t speak to the renegade as I’ve never tried them but after a lot of trial/error, I’ve settled on the Camino Evo GTX and I don’t have a narrow foot. They are not narrow as some other Lowa’s I’ve tried and not nearly as narrow as Briksdal I tried. They are closer to most Kenetreks I have...
I’ve got the same small pallet. Found that the AMP mini works well for me. I also like to take the RMEC mellow momma and AMP orange and simply trim them down.
Just start trimming sides down little by little until it feels good and doesn’t cock sideways. Then trim the back until comfortable...
Agree!!!!!
Abused my body when I was young and dumber in both military and work. Paying for it now.
Take care of yourself while your young and your older self will thank you.

Thanks for all the feedback and the good insights! I may pick a few small cheaper ones. I’ve seen some that only take 4 batteries which would be more than enough for a week. Thanks again.

Some recent questions on trail camera use got me and buddy thinking. We are hunting OTC in CO in area we hunted last year successfully and were in elk bout every day pre-rut. We were able to stay in same area and hunt wallows and trails.
In this situation, does anyone take a few trail cameras...
