    I would have a really really hard time shooting a bull that wasnt in the 380+ range. There are definitely 400 inch bulls in that zone every year.

    No clue on cost, as most locals DIY it. But if you want to hire an outfitter I would recommend hiring elk county outfitters. They consistently put their clients on the biggest bulls killed every year.
