His physical ability is fairly good for his age, in my opinion. We hunt pronghorns in plateau type terrain Wyoming most years, and he can walk forever. It’s the steep up and down that he can’t do as well as he once did. Knees can’t do it and he runs out of gas much quicker.

In plains country, I wouldn't go floorless. Period. I wear snake gaiters when we hunt the WY plains, I've had enough close encounters that I'm not messing around. I'm from MN though, we don't have snakes other than non-poisonous large worms. Snakes freak me the F out.

For Colorado, put your 1st choice code as something like 999-999-P (you’ll have to look it up) and the 2nd choice as your easy draw tag and you’re good to go. If for some reason you miss the easy draw tag, then OTC it is.
