Just ordered the elk camp package and a extra awning for shade for the summer. Went extra windows, full floor (since awning allows wood/muddy boot storage outside).
$320 for the vinyl rain fly? How often are you Colorado folks putting g the fly up? Only in Nov or snow? Or year round just for a...
Bumping this one up...can I get some more inputs on setup times, solo, as when the wife/kid tag along, as most dads know, it's a full-time job to watch the kiddo and dogs.
Would you bring a wall for an overnight or only worth setup/teardown if you can get 2 nights out of it?
"Misinformation", my favorite word on the internet. Spoken by the same internet experts who have spent the past 2 years trying to discredit actual viralogists.
Gonna have to find something else to lecture your neighbors about, covid is over.
2nd vote for too small for a stove. Also not a 3 season shelter...woke up to the roof sitting on my bag in a Nov snow. Would not trust it to keep me safe past Sept. Summer with no door and Sept (dept on altitude) with an annex, it's perfect for 1 plus gear.
Please stop. I know a used Yoder 640 will he over $2k still. Better than $3k no? Who said anything about a traeger or the <$500 traeger price point?
I'd reference you to the classified rules about not commenting on ads, but I'd imagine you'd just comment unsolicited on that thread too.

I love the egg. Don't care if a pellet takes some time to heat, as long as I dont have to stand there while it does. Lighting the BGE is a pain in the ass. Although most pellets I've cooked over are far quicker to temp than a BGE.
I have a BBQ guru...that does nothing for time spent outside holding the torch to the coals or heat up time once its started. It shouldn't take 30+ to heat up and cook a chicken breast.
Auto temp controllers are nice for smoking, but useless for grilling.
If you want to actually be warm, get the Swazi.
The HW core is useless past Sept for me unless it's extremely cold and we're packing in/out
I'm not sickforit
You can buy a hell of a recurve for $1k...RMS is full of them, as you know. I certainly enjoy shooting one more than my compound, which leads to me shooting it more. I wish I'd picked one up instead of a compound years ago and Tom is the right man for the job.
I'm no help with your original...
I'll check them out @sndmn11 thanks
My hangup with propone is their construction, they seem to last me about 3 years and then they end up in the trash. If I replace midsized propane grill every 3 years, I just bought self a Yoder.
True they take a while, but faster and more hands off still...
My wife hated the BGE for quick cooks like chicken or burgers...we're gonna have to add a pellet grill to the patio.
Shoot me if you have something you were considering letting go. Doing research now and hate the Yoder price tag, but do like the buy once cry once, I've seen a few traegers in...
