Thank you. I will do that and see if the problem is eliminated. I am fairly confident that it will fix it. If you were wondering, my bow shop installed it, I didn’t.
It did happen with the quiver on. That may be the culprit but I didn’t think it was on to close. Once I tied the free end up it stopped doing it without me adjusting the quiver.
So on the times that it happens it feels like there is extra resistance in my draw cycle, especially right at the end. Looking over it more I think the tail end of the rope might some how get pulled into my cam or pinched in my cable as it rotates. This would put tension back on the spring and...
I switched from a qad to a hamskea trinity a few months ago and now a week before my elk hunt it is acting up. I don’t have enough experience with them to trouble shoot so I am hoping someone on here could help me. Sometimes the arrow rest rises when I draw the bow back and before I get to full...
Yes, they are built in the US or Ireland and they do their best to source from the US. I think that is great and wish more companies were like this. But whenever I hear supply chain issues I assume some of the material are coming from China but maybe that isn’t a fair assessment.
Yea, I thought about just going with the max but I am two inches taller then it and if I sleep on my belly from my calves down would be off the mat. I know I could do that but I would prefer not to.

Thanks in advanced.
Side note:
I found one on a website called Mad City Outdoor gear but doing some research it looks like they...
When I was in college I worked in a lab that studied mice/the hantavirus. I am not worried at all about sleeping on the ground with a floorless tent. Can you find a case study where someone got infected by sleeping in a floorless tent? Cleaning or using a cabin is much higher risk. Mice get...
Ruger and shadow were the dogs that were not named by my dad. My dad, who grows trees for a living and graduated with a horticultural degree, named two of our dogs ilex and zelchova.
Since it is a floorless shelter you could put stakes in the uphill side and make a big slip knot with Para cord that goes around your pad to anchor it. This is what I did before I bought a borah bivey.
Thanks for sharing this video. Now I have to find some of my “worn out” gortex gear and see if I can resurrect it. I have been washing by hand with the nikwax and it never really seems to bring it back to life.
My hunting partner called yesterday and that is what they told him. If you don’t want to believe me feel free to keep wasting your time refreshing the app. Hopefully I am wrong.
