    When I pull on the strap the D-ring wants to twist and it doesn't tighten. It seems to be only one side. I looked closely at both sides and the other side has a different looking wider webbing. The D ring on the bad side has 1/2 of play up and down while the good side only moves 1/8 inch or so...

    I strapped on my new BHC 4800 for a little test run today and was surprised at how uncomfortable it was! Really hurt from the get go. Any ideas? On an unrelated note, does anyone have any home remedies for a bad sun burn? I stayed in the pool too long on Sunday and man am I crispy!
