150gr point vs 175gr - arrow spine & draw weight

Yes - I edited the title - I was wanting to know how 'tight' the tolerances would be for dynamic spine and increasing the point weight by 25gr. As ususal I'm over thinking, and under spelling, but I really like all the great information this site/people provide! Thank you all!

150gr point vs 175gr - arrow spine & draw weight

Been really playing around with Archers Advantage again. Have my first legitimate elk hunt planned (fingers crossed) in (duh) Sept. Last year was shooting 65 pounds. Now am trying 70 pounds. Am committed to the Iron Will system. Really liked it for last year and my s100 zipped right through a...

Is that a cat bed in here?? ;-) Thanks for the heads up on the Outback.....have been looking at those too. Saw one recently with a roof basket and some meaty tires....looked pretty sweet and I've had great luck with my Subbie.

The one I found recently is really kitted out and since it's a couple years old, with really low miles, I'm really tempted....

See...that's the thing....my Subbie works just fine....however, it's coming up on needing some work done, and I found my 'dream truck'....so there's that... I drove a friends that's similarly outfitted and man, the upgraded suspension sure is nice!

Thanks! I've been starting to think about those Yak rack baskets, and a trailer hitch for a rear 'holding area' too. I've been driving this little '05 since '07 and, well, would like something newer. I know I'll keep it for a long time, another 13 years....but the damn payments!! ;-)

Man alive! Did you listen to the Gritty podcast about spend less, hunt more?! This is exactly what he did (Dave Ramsey style) and he is speaking the same as you! I've been very good with my money, have recently switched jobs (after 25 yrs in the same gig) and believe it is secure, even with...

Thank you!! This all makes great financial sense to me right now! However, I did find my 'dream' truck recently!! Lord Save Me from my own foolishness! I have taken this little RS through some wonky logging roads this past season for late season archery elk, and yes, the turn around ability is...

Thanks Man!! I've already been looking at lift kits (already bounced enough rocks under there) and better tires.....plus a roof basket is really a great idea too....along with full wiper fluid and driving fast!!

Hi! New to archery hunting as of last year. Finding it wicked fun and frustrating! My (obviously) general question is - what are you all driving? I have a little 2005 Subaru Impreza and it's great on gas mileage, peppy, AWD, but it's the RS not an Outback version so sits a bit low for Forest...

    Accessory choosing for new archer

Having just upgraded from a Mission MXR to a Mathews VXR 28, all my old accessories swamped over - BlackGold 5 pin, Ripcord rest and Tightspot quiver. Since you're going to get the VXR, don't skimp on the rest of the parts and buy from your local shop. Continue to support them, visit them...
