Timberlines are legit but nothing compared to KUIU’s axis hybrids, hands down best late season pants IMO. Axis hybrids are definitely a little warmer than timberlines. Never ran the SG de havilands, but awesome reviews about them, would like to eventually.

Perfect! Youre saying to go mess around with the 50mm yeah?
I wasn’t aware that that 24mm wasn’t a “true” widelense for the purpose I’d like one for when I bought it so.. good thing it wasn’t too much. I’ll check that lens out you suggested.

Thanks for the info. So you have any recommendations for a wide angle zoom lens? Like I said I have no idea what I’m doing with these things. I was hoping the 50mm with f/1.8 was gonna be good enough for low light situations but at the time I wasn’t aware 50mm wasn’t wide angle.

Newbie to the camera world but I just picked up a Sony a6400 with a Sony 50mm f/1.8, Sony 55-210 f/4.5-6.3 and a tamron 24mm f/2.8, will any of those be worth taking with me on hunts? I don’t need the best of the best, I just have always loved taking pictures and thought it was time to get a...
I do believe the SG series has the highest waterproof rating within the hunting brands, 31,000mm rating. I have one and I love the feel but I havent had the chance to put it to the test yet.

I ordered some from dark timber (love their beans for every day coffee), but they never shipped, never even emailed me back when I asked about the order a month later. Pretty disappointed in them, bummer because I love their coffee!

I second the KUJU pour over pouches. Super easy to use with the integrated fold out ears. Used them for a 5 day back country CO elk hunt, worked amazing and tastes super good.

The way to do it!! Haha
I love it, it is definitely a little heavier and warmer but still breaths pretty damn well. the full kangaroo pouch on it is a legit game changer, the feel on your skin is better than grid fleece (HWH material) in my opinion, the fit is a little baggier but not by a...
I love love love it. I usually rock a heavyweight hoody or the core 330 as a base, when it gets chilly I’ll put the ambient over and they covers alot of situations and then he it gets cold cold I’ll throw a puffy over that set up or change it to a base layer, puffy and hard shell over top...
