    trekking pole vs cf pole for LBO

    Was planning to use my Helinox groove lock pole with extender since I carry the pole anyhow. Is there any advantage to using a carbon fiber pole instead? Mostly concerned about the trekking pole failing in strong winds. Anyone had experience with poles breaking?

    I'm going to pull the trigger on a Llano 1/4zip but my chest measurement is 42" which is right on small end of Large. I don't want this base layer to be too loose if I decide on a large or too short if I buy medium. How is the fit on the Llano? On the loose side or more form fitting? Thx!
