    What do you do with your venison?

    The jerky recipe I've been using came from the Meateater Cookbook and it's really great. Soy sauce, W-shire, pineapple juice, honey, red chili flakes, crushed garlic, crushed ginger, salt & Pepper. Then dehydrate.

    FNG incoming. New here and fairly new to hunting west of Texas. This will be my second season drawing tags out west. Ill be in Kansas with an either species muzzleloader tag in Sept and in Co with deer/elk tags in Nov. What an outstanding place to explore, share and learn. Glad to be here folks.
