    The rifle it came off of was the first generation Bergara Premier Approach. It has a number 6 contour barrel. The current version of that rifle has a 5.5 contour barrel. Just giving you that information in case you want to contact Bergara. That's all the information I have.

    Never had an issue. I run up to 215 bergers on my 300s and they stabilize just fine. One of the great things about 30 cals is the wide range of bullet weights that seem to stabilize in the 1 in 10 rifles IMHO.
