Help ID my tripod head!

California 2020 Regs out

https://nrm.dfg.ca.gov/FileHandler.ashx?DocumentID=178428&inline No big changes from what I can tell. Jr age is going back down to 16. The zones I looked had same tag quota’s as last year. Usual movement of some zones between draw categories.
