    Fedex experiences

I'll pay extra to not use FedEx, it's worth it to me considering I've had very few positive experiences with them.

Diesel vs gas. Which one is better?

Yeah, but you add Monster to yours. That has to make it more better. I see the sticker.

Tell me i'm not crazy- 30-06 vs. 300 win mag recoil impulse

And just like that I’m back to the Winchester 70 as the one and done solution...until my next change of mind... I probably shouldn’t fret over a half pound difference or so I guess. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Tell me i'm not crazy- 30-06 vs. 300 win mag recoil impulse

Thanks. I’m on the fence between a Tikka stainless lite and Winchester 70 EWSS in 30-06. Sounds like Tikka with a limb saver is the way to go for an all around package, escpecially if it’s suppressed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    What's your strategy...for retirement?

I’ve started way too late it seems. I should( hopefully will) have a pension of at least 50% of my base pay and the ability to maintain my provided health insurance. My problem is that I didn’t contribute early on. That, and a divorce, has left me woefully behind in contributions. The moral...

    Perfect Out west rifle

I’m definitely one that doesn’t shoot as much as I need to be proficient with a light rifle. It sounds like a Tikka T3 is a good starting point, especially if you intend to keep a suppressor on it full time (which I’m considering). However, it also sounds like an additional 12 ounces in base...

    Perfect Out west rifle

I'm not trying to derail this topic for the OP, but didn't think my question worthy of a new thread. As far as a one rifle solution: Do you, thinhorn AK, (or anyone else for that matter) feel that a one pound lighter Tikka is preferable to the heavier Winchester for a do it all, under all...

    Jogging/exercising with a handgun.

@twall13 I told you the wrong model. I have the snubby kit bag, not runner. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Jogging/exercising with a handgun.

Mine doesn’t bounce much at all when carrying my P320 compact, and I notice no bounce with anything smaller. With the P320 it’s more of an up and down slide rather than bounce. I have the runners kit bag with the elastic cord that attaches on the bottom. Without the elastic cord I think the...

    Jogging/exercising with a handgun.

I'll echo the advise on hurting your back while carrying on your side. This has been my experience as well over the last 20 years or so. Even a "fanny pack" is a no go for me considering the bounciness. I've found that the Hill People Gear kit bags are the most comfortable and accessible...

When did a pickup truck become a "rig" ?

I have some whiskey and I’m about to “send it”. Is that correct usage? I always thought that meant for me to send my radio traffic or maybe an artillery round. However, not these days. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Low T replacement

It sounds like carbs and moderate exercise is what helped your adrenal situation ? Is that correct, or was anything else involved? I’m interested because I feel that adrenal fatigue might be my own diagnoses. However, I’ve had no blood test yet so I shouldn’t self diagnose, but I do. Thanks...

    New phone - Political considerations?

Thanks for the replies. It seems that my options are: 1. Don't worry about the political side of it, just get one that functions. 2. Go completely without, which is less convenient and more difficult to accomplish these days for me. There is a price to everything and I suppose my...

    New phone - Political considerations?

Good morning, I apologize if this topic has been covered before, is frowned upon, or is in the wrong section. I searched the forums, but didn't turn up any results specifically dealing with this issue. I have used Android for the past 2 years and it's not as reliable a platform as my old...

What about the Thor one size fits all? -I don't mean to hijack or add to the confusion. Just asking because I'm in the same situation and considering the same rifle as the OP. Thanks.
