    I have always preferred smaller pocket knives for edc. I think the bugout mini is going to right in my sweet spot. Can’t wait to get my hands on one. I do have an older mini griptilian that has always been a favorite but I think the thinner profile of the bugout will be a little nicer.

    I am using a pair of knock off apple ear buds. They cost me $40 on amazon and have done well for my 30 min to 2 hour runs. Probably not as nice as some other a but cheap if you just want to get started.

    Supplements for knee pain

    I agree with some of the post above. Supplements might help a little bit the best solution is going to a long term one. Strength exercise, shoe choice, running form correction will help way more than any pills. I would suggest a long slow transition to more flat, zero drop running shoes.
