    Anyone local to you sell 'native seed mix?' My local feed and seed had a mix that includes low growing drought tolerant grasses and a low percentage of wildflowers. It was more expensive compared to regular bluegrass seed and it takes longer to establish but it sounds like what you want.

    I’d probably opt for a 20” 7-08 over a 26” 300wm for grizz protection. Either one will work with the right shot placement, it may be a little easier to get that shot with a shorter gun.

    I was in Yellowstone playing tour guide to out of town family a few weeks ago and I'm really surprised this doesn't happen a few times a day. So many people so close to so many bison. And yes, people will walk right up to them to get selfies.

    The dog in my photo is a border collie/airedale mix, loyal as hell and tenacious. He'll patrol camp all night long if you let him. He also spends about two hours a day training my griff pup how to fight. :LOL:

    If construction costs ever come back into this atmosphere I want to build a shop/garage. When I do, I’d like to upgrade my 500 gallon propane tank to a 1000 gallon and add a 10-12k back up generator. Even though we don’t have many outages it’d be nice to be prepared.

    Same. I have a 15 round mag with the x-grip combo, but I also sometimes just carry a ten round with the Pearce extension.

    I’m averaging between 18.5 and 21 mpg per tank in my 21 Tacoma. My 15,000 miles are probably 80% freeway, but freeway speeds around here are 80-90mph. 12.5 seems really low.
