Avail 2200 or Others for EDC?

velcro thing that roles up extra pack strap

Another vote for Velcro one wrap. I cut them into short strips of around 4inches, seems to be the best length for keeping 1inch webbing in check

American made Day pack

Gorucks are great for EDC, but the 1000D back panel doesn't allow any ventilation and chews up clothes. Kifaru packs offer quite a few good options too, e.g. Antero, Shape charge or even X-ray. I've been using HPG recently and the harness is definitely the most comfortable i've ever used, even...

Which new day pack?

Shape charge works quite well and there is a video on how you could mount it on a frame, if you really need one and assuming that the frame is in the check-in.
