I have a fleet of about 20 Honda Rubricons. Currently running IRS with PS and manual shifter. Heavy mountain use, technical terrain, mud, water, etc. Average machine does 8k miles per year and I turn them over after they hit about 20k miles. IMO, nothing is better than a Honda for what you're...
More robust and reliable than the IWE, they won't wear out and cannot come unengaged like a worn IWE. I'm not a fan of what Ford engineers did with the 1/2 ton 4x4 system.

Just a thought, I really like the RCV IWE Eliminators. I've ran them with good results in offroad conditions. Just cap your vacuum distribution block and forget about the IWEs.

I use the Revel shell mitten. Pretty sure you can still buy them. Size up 1-2 sizes depending on how thick of insulating you'll layer it with.

Never worn. Gift I will not use. Very nice feature rich hoodie, but I've got too much cold weather gear already and prefer no hood.

I'm looking for a mid-range semi-auto for all-around use. I let a Weatherby tungsten element slip by on Gunbroker for $415 that I missed out on. Would prefer a newer model internia driven. Thanks

10+ years ago. Logistics were well organized and communication was good. Vince was not in camp, but he recommended a taxidermist to me and delivered my sheep to him for free. Guides were mediocre, but as an outfitter, good guides are hard to find and keep. Property was top notch for abundance of...
I have ran an Osprey Poco Plus exclusively for many miles hiking and shed hunting. I found the hip belt to be uncomfortable, and the bladder hanging area between the frame and bag is very hard to get a bladder into. Storage is sufficient for some light layers and lunch. If I had to do it again...
